Retired engineering professional who enjoys woodworking, remodeling, heirloom gardening, long country drives, campfires, hiking, traveling, cooking, yard sales and flea markets. On quiet nights, I like cuddling on the sofa watching good quality fantasy, sci-fi, suspense, and classic movies or perhaps just listening to a variety of music.

Camel rides to see the pyramids in Egypt. Winter camping in the NH white mountains to wake up in a tent buried under the previous nights snowfall. I have seen icebergs break off glaciers in an Alaskan fiord. Kayaking in crocodile infested saltwater mangrove swamps.Cave tubing in Belize. Overnight yacht racing between Portsmouth NH, Cape Cod, and Portland ME. Four years in the Andes Mountains in Colombia, South America. Road trips down the blue ridge parkway going to Florida. What do I want:
I want a “partner in crime” to share my life and future adventures with. Be down to earth, non-confrontational, talkative, and open minded. Be free to converse about any topic regardless of how crazy it may be without fearing we would offend the other. You will find it quite hard to offend or shock me easily .
I am sure there will be disagreements. But we need to remember what is important in life as we resolve them to both our satisfaction. I don’t like conflict. We need to calmly talk
